In order to evaluate and have understanding in relation with the particular topic, qualitative research is being done. Many literatures and journals from scholars and authors were explored to determine various alternatives routes of staffing methods which the hotel has not yet adopted. For this purpose, interview was arranged between the different managerial heads and employees of the group. Information was collected by taking help of questionnaire. The final part of the research report shows the result of the study. In the conclusion part many recommendations were also suggested for the hotel in order to improve their operational efficiency.

In this research study, researcher will be going to use both the primary and secondary sources to gather information. For collecting the primary data, questionnaire method through interview would be used by the researcher (Kumar, n.d). On the other hand, secondary data will be collected by assessing various past evidences and data. Number of books, journals and articles would also be explored by the researcher in literature review part of the research (Data collection methods, n.d). The main objective behind the use of interview method in this research study is to collect some information and response of the respondents in regards with the method for recruitment and various benefits availed through that process (Qualitative research methods, n.d). The interview is conducted among the employees and managers of the Fairmount Group of hotels in order to have a clear a picture about the topic.
